In order to submit a submission, a participation ticket must be booked. For your submission to be considered and published, the invoice has to be paid.
If your submission is not accepted or if the type of submission is changed during the selection process (e.g. from a lecture to a poster), you can cancel your participation free of charge. Your participation fee will be refunded in full and free of charge.
